This session will help you identify how you and others respond to stress differently. Look at various methods to reduce stress, improve your wellbeing and discuss the 4 main pillars of wellbeing – Sleep, Eat, Connect & Move. This session is ideal for those that feel stressed and overwhelmed, manage others and those that would like to be more motivated, productive and focused in their roles and in life. If you want to find some balance in your life this session is for you!
