Using the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) to Champion Business Change Management

The introduction of GDPR has meant that data management has become core to businesses resulting in a re-evaluation of internal processes and systems and ultimately the way they work with both clients and their own supply chain.  The next step after managing the tactical steps of the data risk is to manage the business risk to our sector and look at the whole business problem facing SME’s to ensure long term success and sustainability.  In our session, we will look at two case studies of hospitality companies that have successfully implemented GDPR and change management practices since 25 May 2018 and explore what has been the short term result thus far for their companies.
