Olivia started her career in the events industry at the age of 14, working behind the scenes filling delegate bags and running slide carousels around various London venues during her summer holidays.  She was bitten by the #eventprof bug and joined Concorde Services, as soon as she could - working her way up through the ranks from registrations, abstract handling to congress and exhibition management for large medical association meetings. 

Joining IAPCO ten years ago, she used her PCO experience to work in both membership management and over the past 5 year in a marketing role focussing on digital and the rebrand, which took place last year. Passionate about sustainability in the events industry, she worked on the creation of the IAPCO ‘Not Just A Drop in the Ocean Campaign’, with the recognisable mascot Ticky The Turtle – the mission focussing on ridding the meetings industry of single-use plastic.
