Using the diary

Why can’t I access my diary?

The diary function will be available from Friday November 24th. You won’t have access until this date.

Will my diary update automatically?

No. The mobile app does not show real time data for everything. Please see timeframes below.

  • Diaries are synchronized every 15 minutes
  • Hosted Buyers accounts are updated every hour

If you’ve confirmed or cancelled any appointment requests and you’re diary has not updated, log out of the app and try again in an hour.

Can I edit my meetings in the diary?

During the show, your diary will be view only. Once your appointments are confirmed on the Hosted Buyer Zone, they’ll be transferred to your app diary and you won’t be able to amend them.

How do I find out where my meeting is taking place?

Find your way across the floor with the 3D map and route planner. Go into your appointment in the app and click on the stand number. This will launch the interactive 3D map and show you where you need to be. Put in your location and the app will tell you how to get there.

Why should I rate and comment on my meeting?

We ask Hosted Buyers and the Exhibitors to rate their meetings and add comments. This helps us improve our matching algorithms and provide a better service to buyers and sellers.
