Meeting architecture is a new field of expertise within the meetings industry. Kenes Group, a global PCO (Professional Congress Organizer) dedicated solely to medical and scientific events, hired an in-house Meeting Architect last year. In this session we will learn how this new role has been changing medical events and how events will evolve into the near future. How does Meeting Architecture help to improve congresses? Why is it important to innovate? What trends in the events sector, and in society in general, are leading to this change of focus? These are some of the questions that we will address in this interactive presentation.
