Participants will learn how to develop strategic relationships with customers, focusing on how events fit in to the overall communications mix. A second dimension to building strategic relationships with customers is understanding how NLP has a role to play. Finally, in today's world of needing to offer more value add, we explore ways of working more proactively with suppliers to provide customers with tangible benefits to help them in their roles and thus strengthen the relationship between customer and agency even further.
