In this session, we will redefine the measurements of event success (ROI, ROE, …etc.) by evaluating some of the measures that can be implemented and examining how data can be collected in the most effective way. We will also look at what value these measurements can offer for event organizers to better “sell” their events to the Board and optimize return from future events.
