Clients have many options when choosing the right partners for their incentive program. So how do you stand out? The key to successful incentive programs begins with understanding your customer. This course will help you determine whether an incentive program is a good fit for the business and the customers by providing a unique solution for the buyer.  Additionally, we’ll explore the link between motivation and incentives, equipping participants with the “whys” of incentive travel: why incentive travel works as a vehicle for loyalty and engagement, and how it can be used as a tool to foster behavioural change.
