The Madrid Convention Bureau is a non-profit
organisation, created by the City Council with
the collaboration of a group of public and private
companies in the sector, with the objective
of promoting Madrid as a city of national and
international meetings, and providing technical
and institutional assistance for their staging. Since
2012, the Bureau has been a department of the
company Madrid Visitors & Convention Bureau and
currently brings together nearly 200 members.
The Madrid Convention Bureau places itself at the
disposal of all associations, groups and companies
who wish to hold their meeting or incentive trip in
Madrid, assisting them in making it a success.
